SMS & EMAIL OPT-IN POLICY

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Pop In Hair Extension Bar ("we," "us") offers an optional text message (SMS) program, Pop Squad Alerts, and an optional email newsletter. Customers join only by taking an affirmative action to opt in. Subscribing is never required to make a purchase, book a service, or create an account.
What we send: order and appointment updates, account notifications, promotions and special offers, and event and class announcements.
Message frequency: SMS varies, up to 4 messages per month. Email up to 4 per month.

2. HOW CUSTOMERS OPT IN
Website form: the customer enters their phone number and/or email address and checks a separate, unchecked box for each channel.
Online checkout or account sign-up: optional, unchecked SMS and email checkboxes appear on the form. The customer can complete their purchase without checking either box.
Text-to-join keyword: the customer texts JOIN to our business number after seeing the keyword advertised with the full disclosure below.
In person: the customer fills out and signs a sign-up card that includes the full disclosure.
We never buy, rent, or import phone lists, and we never add someone to the text program because they gave us their number for another purpose.
3. CONSENT LANGUAGE SHOWN AT OPT-IN
SMS checkbox (unchecked by default): Yes, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Pop In Hair Extension Bar at the phone number provided, including order updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to 4 msgs/month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Email checkbox (unchecked by default): Yes, send me emails from Pop In Hair Extension Bar about news, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

4. CONFIRMATION MESSAGES

Email: every new subscriber receives a welcome email with an unsubscribe link.
5. OPTING OUT AND GETTING HELP
SMS: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOP ALL, REVOKE, or OPT OUT at any time. We also honor opt-out requests made by any other reasonable means, including email, phone, or in person. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.

Email: every email includes a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly and always within 10 business days.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA SHARING
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for this program will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. CARRIER DISCLAIMER AND SENDING HOURS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send marketing texts only between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time.
