We offer a 30-day exchange warranty for factory defects on all human hair products purchased from:

Any official Pop Star Distributor
🗓 The 30-day guarantee is valid up to 45 days from your purchase date. (We give you a little extra time to account for order processing and installation time.)
🚫 What’s Not Covered
Your warranty will be void if the hair has been:

Colored, bleached, or chemically processed

Misused or damaged on purpose

Altered in any way (like cutting or removing parts)

Worn normally (standard wear is not a defect)

If it’s a true factory defect, we’ll send you a replacement
📌 Hair must be returned for inspection before we can process an exchange.
🔄 Wrong Color? Unopened Hair?
We accept exchanges on new, unused, and unopened hair.
✨ Opened packages may still be eligible—as long as the hair hasn’t been worn or altered.
All exchanges are for store credit or similar products only.
